Masjid Taneem—famously known as Masjid-e-Ayesha—Is located 5 miles away from Kaaba and serve as a place of Miqa’t for pilgrims who visit to perform Hajj or Umrah. Here, pilgrims enter into the state of Ihram, which is one of the primary conditions to perform pilgrimage. This place is extremely huge and has great amenities and facilities of ablutions, baths, and for changing.
3) Mountain of Light (Jabal-Al-Noor) and Hira Cave
Mountain of Light—known as Jabal-Al-Noor—is one of the most popular places in Makkah that lures the visitors that come to Makkah due to the famous Hira Cave (Ghar-e-Hira)—the place where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is believed to receive his first revelation from the Angel Gabriel. It’s a rocky mountain so travels must hike for roughly around two hours to get to the Hira Cave. You can also watch Kaaba once you reach the top as it directly faces the most sacred site in Islam.
