Returns Policy
30 day return policy on all of our products. If you find any faults with any of our products, you are entiled to return the product back to us for a new product or for a full refund.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Exchanges and Refunds
Should you wish to exchange or return any products you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please email us and we will provide you with a direct address.
Please send the bags via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.
